## **USV**

USV is the LSD-centric, USD-pegged stablecoin for paying out loans on Convergent. At any time USV can be redeemed against the underlying collateral at face value.

## CVGT

CVGT is the protocol token of Convergent. Users can stake CVGT to capture the fee generated by the protocol (issuance + redemption fees) on a pro-rata basis. \

To illustrate, if there are 1000 CVGT tokens staked and you own 100 of them, you will receive 10% of the protocol fees.\
\
**How are these tokens released / emitted?** \
Our protocol dynamically emits CVGT tokens to Nexus Depositers to incentivize USV deposits.
