# Interest Bearing Collateral

## Interest-bearing collateral through Jito

All SOL deposits on our protocol will be automatically staked on Jito to earn staking + MEV yield, with JitoSOL being the underlying collateral within our system. Hence, our protocol does not take any haircut on the yield from Jito and users can fully realize their staking gains when they Diverge (close their position by repaying their debt).
